backup and import/export

had this app for a while and never had any problems but when my phone started freezing thats when I found out that this app does not back up to itunes and when I emailed support they stopped returning my emails. I lost everything and luckly I had it in several other locations. I also found out over the past few days that you can export the data to your compter, I even tried to import but I could never get it to work properly. I hate to get to know an app by having to fix problems.
